What happens when my usage credit runs out?
Running jobs pause at their next step and new ones wait. Top up and they carry on. On Free, work pauses until the next plan period or an upgrade.
Does unused credit roll over?
Monthly plan credit doesn’t. Credit you buy as a top-up does, across months and plan changes.
Do I pay while a job waits?
No. A waiting job is saved, not running. It makes no model calls and uses no browser or phone time until something wakes it.
Can I use my own model key?
Yes, on every plan. You pay your provider directly and Shadway adds no model charge. Calls, email and browsing are billed as usual.
How do plan changes work?
An upgrade starts right away, with its credit usable at once and the first month prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
